Nicki is a producer and director. She has a law degree, and came to film from a project management and finance background. Since 2011 she has produced a variety of features, short films, music videos and promos. Her films have featured in international film festivals, and been distributed worldwide. She has produced music videos for a number of Artists, including international Korean pop star G Dragon, and the UK’s Eurovision 2014 representative Molly Smitten Downes. Her latest feature as Producer, THE NORTHERN PARADIGM, starring Peter Barrett (Hooligan Factory) and Julian Shaw (Kid Gloves) recently completed post and will be aiming for release early 2016. She has also line produced a number of feature films, including WELCOME TO CURIOSITY, starring Richard Blackwood, Amrita Acharia (Game of Thrones), Cristian Solimeno (Rush) and Kacey Barnfield (The InBetweeners); and LETS BE EVIL starring Kara Tointon (The Sweeney), Elliot James Langridge (Northern Soul - BAFTA nominated), and Isabelle Allen (Les Miserables).
She is currently developing a slate of feature film and television projects.
Matt is a Producer and heads up the Marketing and Social Media side of Eavesdrop Films. Matt came to film through his background in journalism, marketing and web development. Utilitising his skills in programming and writing he was responsible for the creation and running of a number of very successful film and TV websites. In 2006 his work was recognised by studio giant Twentieth Century Fox who flew him to Cannes Film Festival to report on the world
premiere of X-MEN: THE LAST STAND. After the success of this trip he was invited to visit the set of FANTASTIC
FOUR in Vancouver and later to interview the cast of FANTASTIC FOUR on the London Eye as part of the world premiere junket. More recently he has channelled his attentions towards producing, with a keen interest in development, along with branding and publicity.
As an Executive Producer for Eavesdrop Films, Erica draws on her experience as a Producer, freelance Location Manager, and Business Development Manager (property). She brings a strong network of contacts across several industries, including property, entertainment, music and film.
Gareth has been involved in the financing, sales and distribution of feature films for over twenty-five years. After graduating in law from University College London, Gareth practised as a corporate lawyer with City firm Macfarlanes before going in-house with HandMade Films in 1984. He went on to head HandMade and subsequently became Managing Director of Alibi Films International, both international film sales companies. Gareth has financed and sold international rights in dozens of independent feature films including WITHNAIL AND I, MONA LISA, HOW TO GET AHEAD IN ADVERTISING and LOCK STOCK AND TWO SMOKING BARRELS.
Dr C Mike Perkins MD FRCP FFPM
Mike trained as a doctor at both Leeds and Oxford universities, before going on to hold senior positions at Astra Zeneca and later Pfizer. He was a director of biotech firm Oxagen until 2013, and is currently a consultant to the Pharmaceutical industry. He began working as an Executive Producer to the film industry in 2012, bringing his knowledge and experience of venture capital finance raising, plus a love of film and theatre.
